Big Deal Land Sourcers The industry-standard fees payable for sourcing deals are 2% of the purchase price and most sites are worth far more than £1m, which means a very basic site could pay YOU a £20,000 finder’s fee. A more typical purchase, certainly in London and the South East, could be in the region of £5m - bringing you a 2% fee of £100,000.

I have very little property experience, will this course be suitable for me?

If you’re just starting out, going through this training will ensure you understand how the property industry, land market and development process really works right at the start of your journey, without having to spend 37 years learning what works the hard way as Paul has. All levels of experience can do this training because what we teach is fundamental across the board, no matter what your development strategy or level of experience. The course is designed to be accessible and immediately applicable, so you will gain everything you need to confidently start identifying and creating opportunities straight away.

Do I need to do all your trainings or can I just do one?

It depends what you want to do. As we are primarily developers, rather than educators, we simply don’t have time to run low cost live events to generate interest and upsell our trainings. Nothing is held back in this training and we pack in as much content as possible, so that you finish the course fully equipped to put things into action without having to do anything else or do any other training. We do offer other training opportunities, however this training is where it all starts.

I’ve already got some experience finding and developing sites, do I need this course?

What Paul teaches is the ‘uncommon’ knowledge of an industry insider, so even experienced developers typically don’t know how it works at the top. This course is regularly taken by industry professionals, including architects, chartered surveyors, planning consultants and other seasoned developers, who are consistently amazed by what they learn. Most people are looking for and finding sites in the public domain where there is competition. Not only does this decrease your chances of getting the site but it also pushes the price up, meaning your ‘deals’ are unlikely to be real deals. What you already know about finding sites and putting together deals has got you to where you are, but if you want to take things to the next level (where the greatest rewards are) then you need to know what you don’t know.
